1. Our catering services

Los Tacos Nakos provides full-service taquizas and custom catering for corporate lunches, small business gatherings, birthdays, weddings, graduations, and backyard family milestones. All bookings made through this Website or directly with our team are governed by these Terms.

2. Quotes & custom pricing

Instant online quotes and menu calculators offer estimated costs based on guest counts and package selections. Final pricing and event logistics are locked in once we review your event details and receive your initial deposit. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or menu availability updates prior to final confirmation.

3. Booking & payment schedule

To secure your event date on our master calendar, the following payment schedule applies (all amounts in USD):

• 50% Deposit: Required at the time of booking to lock in your date.
• 25% Intermediate Payment: Due seven (7) days prior to the event date.
• 25% Final Balance: Paid on the day of the event before service begins.

4. Event changes & cancellations

• Guest Count & Menu Adjustments: Final guest counts and dietary requests must be confirmed at least 7 days before your event.
• Cancellations: Specific refund policies and date-change terms are detailed in your booking confirmation notice.
• Site Access & Setup: Clients are responsible for providing clear venue access, safe electrical access (if required), and designated setup space for our stainless-steel catering equipment.

5. Food safety & allergen notice

We take pride in our fresh ingredients and clean cooking standards. However, our kitchen processes common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, and fish. While we exercise extreme care, we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment for guests with severe allergies.

6. Acceptable use of our site

You agree to use tacosnakos.com solely for lawful purposes, such as viewing menus, estimating event costs, and reaching out to our team. Misrepresenting your identity, scraping site data, or attempting to compromise site security is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the Website will always be available or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Website.

9. Governing law (State of Illinois)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before starting any legal proceeding, you and the Company agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting each other in writing. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
